I don't think I've ever believed...

He's just a little too "jolly"
... in Santa.  Weird, huh?

Such a cute tin, if I do say so myself.

I mean, I could be wrong.  But I thought about it today.  Did I ever really get excited about that fat man in red?  I remember leaving cookies and milk out.  I remember that.  But did I ever leave them out for him.  Or did I just know that my dad would eat them anyway?

I thought I'd insert a random 'dog on the back deck depressed because the snow is melting' photo

It's driving me nuts that I can't remember this.  Family?  Fill me in, please.

Some goodies lie amidst that tissue paper!
Maybe I am just a scrooge.

Can anyone guess what these are?

Let's not think about that.  I don't need ghosts of Christmas past, Christmas present, and Christmas future showing up at my doorstep.  I've got way to much goodie-making to do.

  7. chocolate covered marshmallows?

I didn't believe in Santa. Our parents told us there was no such thing from the jump! I had friends who truly believed in him. My lil ones do. He creeps my daughter out!

  10. You know... I don't think I only believed for a very short time. I haven't really thought about it either, but now that I do, I seem to remember thinking it was my dad and I didn't want to disappoint my parents by asking. They seemed to have so much fun in the morning watching us. I know my son figured it out pretty early too, probably about 4 or 5 years old. My daughter though, wanted to believe! She was probably 8 or so! One of the boys in my son's class knew, but didn't let on to his parents until he was almost a teenager as he thought they would stop getting so many presents!!
no idea about the pic... chocolate covered... hmmm.. cookies?

  11. I can't really remember when I stopped believing but I think I was always a bit skeptical. I'm just too rational for my own good, I guess.
